Open Canter Ride into the Wild

The Dhikala Canter Safari is conducted in 16-seater open vehicles approved by the Forest Department. This shared safari is the only way to explore the inner Dhikala region for visitors not staying at the forest lodges. The ride takes you through grasslands, dense forests, and along the Ramganga River, offering excellent chances of wildlife sightings.

Scenic and Rich Wildlife Zone

Dhikala is known for its rich biodiversity and dramatic terrain. During the safari, guests often encounter herds of elephants, spotted deer, sambar, and occasionally the elusive tiger. The area is also a paradise for birdwatchers with frequent sightings of fish eagles, vultures, and hornbills.
